Join us in The University Hall Theatre for the world premiere of seven plays by UMass Boston students. Seven plays, performed in an enhanced staged reading format, free and open to the public. Dramaturg, Ginger Lazarus. Directed by Michael Fennimore and student directors student directors Hannah Lee Rolston and Natalia Molina.

lucrative job opening. They vow to turn it down on principle, but the

Somebody’s Gotta Tell James

Inspired by Baldwin’s “Sonny’s Blues,” this 21st-century reimagining 
explores different outcomes to Sonny’s life. Where will music take 
him as a young Black man in an ever-changing society?
